Rickarton is an area to the south of Aberdeen, and NW of Stonehaven.  Rickarton is a small farming area and woodland on the Slug Road which is a main road over the hills from the North to the South of Aberdeenshire.

Captain W.S.Smart was the GC, 2nd Lieut A Forbes asst GC.

Unknown.  Believed to be in Woodland around Rickarton.

 

Main Railway line south and Viaduct at Stonehaven,Slug road over the hills that would bypass Aberdeen.  Stonehaven nearby has a small harbout and possible invasion beach.

Not known but we assume the standard issued equipment.
